Alyssa Kusturiss Poole

Mrs. Poole is an associate at The Law Offices of John E. Kusturiss, Jr., located in Media, Pennsylvania where she concentrates her law practice in the areas of criminal defense and domestic relations law. She attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where she was a scholar athlete, and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English in 2000. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Villanova Law School in 2003.

Mrs. Poole then joined the District Attorney's Office where she honed her trial skills in the halls of the Delaware County Courthouse. As an Assistant District Attorney, Mrs. Poole tried cases ranging in degree from summary up to and including felony offenses. During her last two years with the Delaware County District Attorney's office, Mrs. Poole was part of the Special Victims Unit where she handled primarily felony sex cases.

After expressing a desire to follow in her father's footsteps at an early age, Mrs. Poole joined her father in practice in June, 2007. Together Mr. Kusturiss and Mrs. Poole provide their clients with experience and dedicated representation. Their law practice exemplifies honesty, integrity and family values.

Mrs. Poole is a member of the Delaware County Bar Association, Delaware County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, Delaware County Family Lawyers as well as the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She has also been appointed Secretary for the Delaware County Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
